Q: What is AMP?
A: AMP is a maintenance program that we have developed to help relieve the stress of vehicle ownership. Your vehicle will be maintained and repaired to the best of our abilities and beyond factory specifications. AMP has a monthly fee which will turn your vehicle maintenance and repairs into an expected transportation cost which you budget for, like a utility bill. This results in NO large repair bills, NO surprises, reduced breakdowns and a safe, reliable vehicle for our clients.
Q: Why should I sign up for AMP?
A: The number one reason to sign up for AMP is to save. Save money, save time and, most importantly, save you from stressful situations. A common misconception is that it costs less to have a new vehicle because you have warranty for any breakdowns. This is FALSE! There are costs associated with a new vehicle purchase that are not considered, such as interest, depreciation, maintenance and tires. And always remember, those last two costs are required whether you have a new vehicle or are driving a vehicle which is paid for and off warranty.
Q: How did you come up with the prices?
A: We used a medium sized car and priced out all the services and repairs a vehicle should have or will need in the course of 5 years (including 2 sets of tires on rims). The higher pricing for Vans, SUVs and Trucks is the added costs of extra fluids, more expensive parts and higher labour times.
Q: What is included in AMP?
A: Pretty much everything that keeps your vehicle running safely and reliably. For further details, please read over the Inclusions and Exclusions portion of the Service Agreement here.
Q: Do I need to sign a service agreement?
A: Yes, there is a one year service agreement that you will need to sign. You can also sign up for two years to avoid an increase should one become necessary in the future.
Q: Is there an early cancellation fee?
A: Yes. We will charge you $50 plus the difference between the amount you have paid and the price of the services we have performed while on the program.
